In the first years of Israel's independence, the "Ya'akobi" jewelers house in Jaffa was a workshop for Jewelry and artifacts, that knew how to combine the different oriental traditions with modern characteristics and produce pieces that reflected the unique Israeli melting pot. The exhibition "Made by a Goldsmith" presents these days in Eretz Israel Museum.
